Own end-to-end client onboarding for the LevPro platform, translating financial-services workflows into configurations, coordinating integrations, and training users. Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end onboarding for new clients, from scoping and project kickoff through go-live, keeping projects on schedule and within scope.
- Translate client workflows and requirements into system configuration, document and explain implementation details, and execute implementations.
- Coordinate and test third-party integrations with engineering teams and external partners.
- Lead training sessions and create documentation and FAQs so client teams can use the system independently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues while keeping clients informed.
- Partner with sales to ensure seamless handoffs and establish strong long-term relationships.
- Identify opportunities to improve implementation tools, processes, and LevPro products.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in client-facing software implementation and/or project management, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or financial services.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in leveraged credit or fixed income.
- High proficiency with software systems and data tools such as Excel.
- Advanced proficiency using AI models such as Claude and ChatGPT.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent client implementations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly build client trust and credibility, while constructively pushing back on requests that do not align with the product roadmap.
- Self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $110,000–$120,000.
