Responsibilities
- Own the Folio Buy workflow end-to-end: map current process, identify bottlenecks, maintain visibility into time/effort spent.
- Prioritize and scope product improvements, defining P0/P1/P2 enhancements for simpler onboarding.
- Partner with operations and engineering teams to address issues in setups, customer/supplier pain points.
- Build programmatic monitoring and tooling: automate repetitive steps, create dashboards, develop visibility tools.
- Design and improve internal processes: playbooks, templates, admin workflows for supplier setup and bulk imports.
- Support business development to enhance customer experience.
Requirements
- 3–6 years in product operations, product management, technical operations, or product-adjacent role at high-growth startup/SaaS.
- Technically sharp, product-oriented: analytical, dynamic, comfortable writing code, mapping processes, building tooling.
- Strong user experience/onboarding intuition: simplify flows, reduce friction, shorten time-to-value.
- Comfortable with systems/tooling: design processes, playbooks, admin tools.
- Excellent scoping, prioritization, communication (translate ops to engineering).
- Thrive in fast-paced environments: resourceful, proactive.
Nice-to-Haves
- Engineering/technical background (read code, write specs, understand constraints).
- Experience with onboarding/implementation/customer setup in B2B SaaS.
- Familiarity with procurement, supply chain, hospitality.
- Experience with admin/internal tooling or ops platforms.
- Series A–B company experience.
