Senior Partner Solution Engineer
Drives technical enablement, solution development, and strategic customer engagements across Snowflake’s partner ecosystem in India. Requires 10+ years of experience, strong data engineering and cloud expertise, and the ability to influence technical and executive audiences.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Partner, Sales, and Solutions Engineering teams to promote and implement optimal solutions with partners.
- Design and deliver technical training, workshops, and certifications on Snowflake architecture and best practices.
- Co-develop industry-specific solutions and accelerators, including data migration frameworks, industry data models, and Power of N motions.
- Present at Snowflake and partner events, lead hackathons, and drive product awareness and adoption within partner organizations.
- Support strategic customer engagements by defining use cases, delivering presentations, executing Proofs of Concept (POCs), and ensuring positive outcomes.
- Own partner technology roadmaps and help scale Snowflake practices through reference architectures and delivery methodologies.
- Advocate for partner and customer needs with Snowflake product teams.
- Travel up to 50% within India for enablement, deal support, and marketing events.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Experience working with Global Systems Integrators, Regional Systems Integrators, Cloud Service Providers, and Technology Partners.
- Data-domain thought leadership within a partner community.
- Strong understanding of partner revenue models, industry priorities, and business challenges.
- Experience designing and building highly scalable data pipelines using Spark and Kafka.
- Strong SQL and data warehousing fundamentals; cloud data warehouse experience preferred.
- Experience with Snowflake Technology Partners specializing in Data Engineering, Data Science, Collaboration, and Cyber Security.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps and CI/CD processes and tools, including Azure DevOps, Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline, and Google Cloud Build.
- Strong experience with major cloud platforms and tooling, especially Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
- Experience with big data or cloud integration technologies such as Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, and AWS Lambda.

- Experience with AI/ML use cases.
