Partner Readiness Manager

The Partner Readiness Manager enables system integrators to architect, implement, and scale enterprise performance-management solutions. Responsibilities

Partner Strategy & Enablement

  • Drive the technical execution strategy for assigned GSIs and RSIs, aligning product capabilities with partner industry practices.
  • Lead partner Centers of Excellence through technical health checks, architectural standards, and early product-roadmap access.
  • Design and deliver advanced enablement programs for partner Solutions Architects and Lead Model Builders, including bootcamps, architectural reviews, and hackathons.
  • Design and scale technical onboarding for new implementation partners, covering platform proficiency and delivery standards.
  • Publish reusable technical assets, integration guides, and model-building best practices.
  • Champion adoption of native AI capabilities and AI-assisted modeling tools in partner implementations.

Strategic Deal Support

  • Support partner-led sales cycles on strategic accounts through discovery sessions, business-value framing, and technical wins against legacy EPM competitors.
  • Oversee high-impact scoping workshops and partner-led proofs of concept, ensuring models support multi-year scalability and performance.
  • Liaise between GSI delivery teams and internal Product and Professional Services teams to resolve complex implementation challenges.

Technical Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on core architecture, including multidimensional modeling, dependency mapping, and formula optimization.
  • Guide partners on data pipelines connecting the platform with ERPs, CRMs, HRIS platforms, and cloud data warehouses.
  • Enable partners to migrate customers from legacy EPM systems to modern architecture.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to turn partner feedback into product recommendations.
  • Mentor internal Solutions Consultants and Technical Account Managers on GSI engagement models, delivery governance, and partner relationship management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a highly technical consulting or solution architecture role within the EPM or business planning space.
  • Experience working directly with or within global or regional system integrators to build technical capabilities and support complex delivery ecosystems.
  • Proficiency in data modeling concepts, SQL, and API-driven enterprise application integrations.

Nice to Have

  • MBA or master's degree in Finance or Data Science.
  • Experience with Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, Planful, OneStream, or Hyperion.
  • Experience with Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, Slalom, or similar system integrators.
  • Experience with Workday, NetSuite, SAP, Salesforce, BambooHR, Snowflake, BigQuery, or legacy EPM migrations.
