Integrations Consultant - Americas

Leads complex HCM integration implementations for strategic customers, advising on technical design, troubleshooting, change management, and best practices. Requires extensive Workday integration experience, strong consulting and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

  • Define, manage, and execute technical requirements for strategic customers implementing Ashby with custom-built HCM integrations.
  • Advise customers on integration best practices, technical configurations, and implementation approaches.
  • Manage integration projects from planning through delivery, including stakeholder alignment, milestone tracking, communication, and troubleshooting.
  • Build strong customer relationships and serve as a proactive guide and advocate throughout implementation.
  • Navigate change-management processes and help customers adopt new systems and approaches.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, Operations, Implementation Specialists, CSMs, and Sales Engineers.
  • Identify customer opportunities and improve processes and workflows.
  • Manage multiple simultaneous, multi-threaded projects and prioritize according to customer and business needs.
  • Support Workday subject-matter expertise in pre-sales conversations when needed.
  • Coach customers and help them grow their technical capabilities.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience managing and executing enterprise HCM integrations, especially Workday.
  • Experience with other enterprise HCM or ERP platforms such as UKG, ADP, Oracle, or SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Experience with technical solution design, integration troubleshooting, project execution, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong customer-facing consulting, communication, listening, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to understand complex technical products and explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving, process-improvement, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Data-driven approach using metrics and analytics to inform decisions and measure success.

Nice-to-haves

  • Workday HCM certification.
  • Experience managing integrations with additional tools listed in Ashby’s integrations knowledge base.
  • Experience with Ashby or similar complex software products.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary range of $165,000–$224,000.
  • Competitive compensation and stock options with a 10-year exercise window.
  • Unlimited paid time off, with four weeks recommended annually.

  • $100 per month education budget; higher-cost items such as conferences may be covered with manager approval.
