Technical Account Manager

Responsibilities
- Own the technical relationship for a portfolio of enterprise and retail partners through launch and post-launch support.
- Partner with product and engineering to scope integrations and capabilities around partner needs.
- Manage end-to-end partner launches for an API-driven platform.
- Represent partner feedback internally and influence product and engineering roadmaps.
- Present integration capabilities to client management, executives, and partners.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, manage escalations, document bugs, and drive resolution.
- Lead technical calls involving retail partners, payment-device teams, and payment processors.
- Collaborate on ticket documentation, test plans, end-to-end validation, and post-deployment monitoring.
- Identify new capabilities, technology partners, and integration opportunities.
- Create internal and external training materials, configuration guides, FAQs, and flow diagrams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical account management, solutions engineering, implementation, or partner engineering.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and reading and writing API specifications.
- Working knowledge of SQL and Postman for investigating and validating issues.
- Experience owning technical relationships with external partners, including scoping, launch, and post-launch support.
- Experience troubleshooting production issues under time pressure and coordinating across internal and external teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate at engineering and executive levels.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments.
