Responsibilities
- Own customer deployment engagement success from late-stage sales handoff through launch and post-launch stabilization.
- Lead discovery, scoping, requirements definition, workflow decisions, success metrics, and rollout planning.
- Manage concurrent deployments, project plans, stakeholder coordination, operating cadences, risk tracking, and launch readiness.
- Collaborate with product operations, engineering, and training teams on configuration, data migration, launch, and adoption.
- Support change management with client leadership and identify workflow or incentive changes needed for sustained adoption.
- Translate customer and deployment learnings into product requirements and improvements with Product and Engineering.
- Build repeatable deployment playbooks, processes, templates, and systems that improve speed and quality.
- Participate in later-stage sales and pre-sales discovery, scope engagements realistically, and identify expansion opportunities.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience running enterprise software implementations, platform migrations, or technology transformation programs.
- Experience in implementation or delivery roles at enterprise SaaS companies, technology consultancies, or systems integrators.
- Demonstrated success taking enterprise deployments live, including navigating obstacles through launch.
- Strong technical intuition, demonstrated by a STEM degree or equivalent technical background.
- Ability to own complex projects end-to-end in client-facing settings and operate autonomously in ambiguous environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship-building skills.
- Creative, flexible, and detail-oriented approach to execution.
- Willingness to travel approximately twice per month for two to three days.
- Willingness to work in person at the office four to five days per week.
