Founding Deployment Strategist
Own enterprise AI deployment programs for insurance carriers and TPAs, guiding engagements from planning through go-live while aligning executives, measuring operational value, and partnering with engineers on integrations. The role requires 3–6 years of enterprise program experience, strong product judgment, and technical fluency.

Responsibilities
- Own enterprise customer engagements end to end, from kickoff through go-live, including milestones, weekly check-ins, executive updates, commitments, and risk management.
- Build and maintain relationships with claims leadership, operations, procurement, IT, and executive sponsors.
- Define success metrics, measure results as AI agents go live, and communicate value from operational teams through executives.
- Represent customer needs internally and work with Forward Deployed Engineers on process gaps, integrations, and roadmap priorities.
- Create deployment playbooks and establish the operating standards for a growing engagement function.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience running enterprise programs in top-tier consulting, large-scale implementation, or product management.
- Demonstrated ownership of programs, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes.
- Strong product instinct and ability to translate customer pain points into actionable requirements for engineers.
- Ability to read API documentation, follow integration architecture discussions, and evaluate technical assumptions.
- High agency, strong planning, and ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
- Ability to lead difficult customer conversations, including situations where an AI agent performs incorrectly.
- Based in NYC and willing to work in person.
Nice to Have
- Experience in insurance, claims, TPAs, or other compliance-heavy operational environments.
- Familiarity with large language models or experience delivering AI or automation programs.
- Early-stage startup experience, particularly as the first hire in a function.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $160,000–$220,000.
