Responsibilities
- Embed with law firms and legal teams to understand workflows, identify high-value opportunities, and select initial use cases.
- Build and deploy full-stack AI systems that deliver customer value and support adoption.
- Own technical delivery from discovery and proof of concept through production adoption.
- Balance scope, speed, and quality while protecting delivery outcomes.
- Contribute directly to production code when needed.
- Codify successful deployment patterns into tools, playbooks, and reusable building blocks.
- Share field feedback with Research and Product teams about model performance and improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering, ML engineering, or technical deployment experience with customer-facing ownership in financial services or adjacent regulated industries.
- Experience owning complex AI or data-driven systems end-to-end, from scoping through production adoption.
- Production-grade coding experience across backend and frontend systems using Python, JavaScript, or comparable technologies.
- Experience deploying systems powered by large language models or generative models.
- Understanding of model behavior, evaluation, and guardrails and their impact on user trust and business outcomes.
- Ability to communicate technical trade-offs across engineering, product, risk, compliance, and executive stakeholders.
- Systems thinking and high execution standards in urgent, ambiguous, and high-stakes environments.

Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary: $162,000–$280,000.
- Hybrid work model with three days in the office per week.
- Relocation assistance available.
- Up to 50% travel may be required.
