Responsibilities
- Build and deploy production systems used by enterprise retailers.
- Work directly with customers’ engineering, operations, and leadership teams.
- Take new products from concept through live deployment.
- Design and extend core infrastructure supporting global delivery orchestration.
- Partner with product and AI teams to influence direction across North America.
- Debug logistics workflows involving fleets, APIs, and integrations.
Requirements
- 4+ years building and shipping production software.
- Strong experience with APIs, backend systems, or platform integrations.
- Ability to move between coding, customer problems, and architecture decisions.
- Strong communication skills with operators, CTOs, and executives.
- Bias toward speed, iteration, and ownership.
