Build and ship agent-driven software solutions for Ramp’s largest customers while shaping core product capabilities. Responsibilities
- Deliver software end to end for the needs of Ramp’s largest customers, from understanding pain points and scoping product specifications to building agents that autonomously implement solutions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, and Account Management to close deals, activate customers, and expand customer value.
- Contribute to the core product engineering roadmap through Ramp’s embedding model.
- Develop deep domain expertise within a core product area and make prioritization decisions between custom solutions and broader initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software engineering experience preferred.
- Extensive experience building with and for agents.
- Track record of shipping high-quality products at scale.
- Comfort and enthusiasm for customer-facing work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and continuously develop technical expertise.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $189,000–$330,000 annually.
