Solutions Architect, Special Operations

Responsibilities

• Own engagements with new and early federal customers, working on-site to understand challenges and deploy technology.
• Build relationships across customer seniority levels and create executive presentations to secure buy-in.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align product direction with customer needs.
• Lead product rollouts and integrations at customer locations.
• Serve as the on-site technical implementation point of contact, independently adapting and deploying solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to support customer objectives.
• Automate operational tasks and develop scripts or technical solutions as needed for deployments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals, including IP addressing and subnetting, NAT, routing, switching, and core network functions.
• Familiarity with network troubleshooting and diagnostic tools such as Wireshark.
• Technical ability to automate tasks and tailor scripts or solutions for customer deployments.
• Domain experience in cyber operations, privacy, security, telecommunications, or related fields.
• Experience in enterprise sales, particularly at early-stage defense-focused companies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Active U.S. TS/SCI clearance.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.
• Based in Washington, DC or North Carolina; relocation assistance is available.

Compensation and Benefits

• Washington, DC salary range: $180,000–$220,000, depending on experience and interview performance.
