Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales and field engineering teams to accelerate customer adoption and growth of the Databricks Platform.
- Lead post-technical-win account strategies and execution plans across prioritized use cases and strategic accounts.
- Own technical delivery for customer use cases, driving onboarding, enablement, success, go-live, and healthy workload consumption.
- Serve as the first contact for production and go-live technical issues, coordinating multiple use cases and stakeholders.
- Leverage shared services, education, onboarding, technical services, support, and expert resources to resolve issues beyond your scope.
- Create and execute plans to accelerate use cases into production, coordinating with Professional Services on engagement proposals.
- Navigate Product and Engineering teams for innovations, private previews, and upgrades.
- Develop execution plans covering production use cases, enablement, product adoption, investment optimization, and executive governance.
- Provide internal and external KPI updates on usage, customer health, investment status, risks, adoption, and use-case progression.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience accountable for technical project or program delivery in Data and AI.
- Programming experience with Python, SQL, or Scala.
- Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting.
- Understanding of solution architecture for distributed data systems.
- Ability to connect business value and outcomes to project deliverables.
- Experience with technical program or project management, including account, stakeholder, and resource management.
- Experience resolving complex escalations with senior customer executives.
- Experience conducting discovery workshops, creating strategic roadmaps, business analysis, and managing complex programs or projects.
- Track record of overachievement against quota, goals, or comparable targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to travel up to 30% when needed.
Compensation
- Local pay range: $180,000–$247,500 USD.
- Total compensation may also include an annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits.
