Responsibilities
- Embed with strategic enterprise customers to design and build high-impact applications and AI-powered workflows on Replit, from concept through production deployment.
- Design secure, scalable architectures connecting Replit with existing systems, data, APIs, identity providers, and infrastructure.
- Integrate with customer technology stacks, including SSO, data warehouses, internal APIs, and SaaS systems.
- Own complex enterprise implementations, identify blockers, debug issues, and drive projects through production adoption.
- Translate field insights, technical constraints, and recurring customer needs into feedback for Product and Engineering.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams.
- Ship quickly and iterate based on customer feedback and usage data.
- Turn field patterns into templates, playbooks, and product requirements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience building and deploying production software.
- Strong programming skills and ability to work across unfamiliar codebases, APIs, and technical environments.
- Hands-on production experience with LLM applications, including retrieval, tool calls, and evaluations.
- Experience designing and owning complex technical systems from architecture through production.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and independently drive technical projects to completion.
- Strong technical communication skills and experience working directly with customers, partners, or cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to translate business requirements and customer problems into pragmatic technical solutions.
