Responsibilities

  • Own the technical sales cycle, leading discovery, demos, integration designs, technical proposals, and deal support with account executives.
  • Drive customer implementations from proof of concept and signed contract through production deployment and successful go-live.
  • Build implementation plans, troubleshoot API issues, and serve as the technical escalation point.
  • Create demo environments, Python and Node.js code samples, and Postman collections.
  • Write integration guides, architecture diagrams, troubleshooting documentation, security questionnaire responses, and technical one-pagers.
  • Document repeatable playbooks for discovery, scoping, and implementation.
  • Feed customer insights to Product and Engineering to influence the roadmap.
  • Help define hiring and onboarding for the growing US solutions team.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or another technical customer-facing role at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Hands-on API experience, including reading documentation, writing sample code, and debugging integration issues.
  • Experience working on complex deals with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including deal values of $100,000–$150,000 or more.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to whiteboard architecture with engineers and explain value to executives.
  • Comfort working with ambiguity and building processes from scratch.
  • Ability to work onsite in New York City at least 4 days per week.

Compensation

  • $180,000–$220,000 OTE with uncapped commission.
  • Equity.
