Lead Programs Manager, Medical Weight Loss
Leads the strategy, roadmap, operating goals, and commercial outcomes for OpenLoop’s Medical Weight Loss program. The role requires substantial healthcare program or product ownership experience, strategic roadmap leadership, cross-functional influence, and fluency in clinical, regulatory, and compliance considerations.

Responsibilities
- Own the multi-quarter strategy and roadmap for the Medical Weight Loss program, including key metrics, strategic bets, and sequencing.
- Translate company OKRs into program-level targets for clinical quality, patient outcomes, client retention, unit economics, and growth.
- Verify delivery aligns with strategy; escalate, re-scope, or re-align work when needed.
- Make build, buy, and partner recommendations using data and scenarios.
- Lead cross-functional alignment across Clinical, Product, Engineering, Pharmacy, RCM, Implementation, Marketing, and Client Success.
- Run program reviews and communicate decisions, tradeoffs, and program performance to senior leadership.
- Guide and prioritize Program Manager work supporting the program.
- Own major client escalations and program-level commitments.
- Incorporate client feedback, regulatory developments, and competitive activity into roadmap decisions.
- Drive commercial outcomes, including program sellability, expansion, and retention.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience owning programs, products, or operating units in healthcare, digital health, health tech, or adjacent fields.
- At least 3 years setting strategy and owning a roadmap end to end.
- Direct experience with medical weight loss or closely adjacent care models.
- Ability to build fluency in GLP-1 therapies, clinical eligibility criteria, formulary dynamics, and the regulatory landscape.
- Track record of strategy ownership rather than execution alone.
- Demonstrated cross-functional leadership and strong commercial and analytical judgment.
- Exceptional written communication.
- Experience building structure in fast-moving, hypergrowth environments while maintaining documentation, protocols, and clinical and operational rigor.
- Strong clinical, regulatory, compliance, and data-security instincts.
