Leads strategy, planning, and operational initiatives for a global product business, partnering with senior Product, Engineering, GTM, and Finance stakeholders. Responsibilities
- Work on cross-cutting company strategy projects and collaborate with teams to implement changes.
- Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to accelerate progress, solve scaling initiatives, and incubate programs.
- Conduct analysis and research to inform strategy and global product growth decisions.
- Shape the Global Product roadmap through competitive intelligence, user insights, and data analysis.
- Advise Product, Engineering, GTM, and cross-functional leadership on resource allocation for long-term strategic value.
- Partner with Finance on planning processes, investment decisions, strategy updates, operational plans, and OKRs.
- Monitor the financial health of the Global business, identify key metrics and trends, and develop improvement plans.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, a highly analytical technology role, or management consulting.
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems and distill complex findings into actionable recommendations.
- Ability to understand complex technical products and communicate their value to non-technical audiences.
- Experience leading complex cross-functional projects and managing senior stakeholders.
- Experience working directly with Product and Engineering teams.
- Ability to influence without authority in ambiguous environments.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
