Product Strategy & Operations - Global Product

Leads strategy, planning, and operational initiatives for a global product business, partnering with senior Product, Engineering, GTM, and Finance stakeholders. Responsibilities

  • Work on cross-cutting company strategy projects and collaborate with teams to implement changes.
  • Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to accelerate progress, solve scaling initiatives, and incubate programs.
  • Conduct analysis and research to inform strategy and global product growth decisions.
  • Shape the Global Product roadmap through competitive intelligence, user insights, and data analysis.
  • Advise Product, Engineering, GTM, and cross-functional leadership on resource allocation for long-term strategic value.
  • Partner with Finance on planning processes, investment decisions, strategy updates, operational plans, and OKRs.
  • Monitor the financial health of the Global business, identify key metrics and trends, and develop improvement plans.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, a highly analytical technology role, or management consulting.
  • Ability to structure ambiguous problems and distill complex findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to understand complex technical products and communicate their value to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional projects and managing senior stakeholders.
  • Experience working directly with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Ability to influence without authority in ambiguous environments.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in fintech or payments technology.
  • Experience developing market-entry strategies for global expansion.
  • SQL experience and data-driven trend analysis.
  • Experience bringing new products to market and driving projects to completion.
  • Familiarity with financial reporting, P&L management, or business forecasting.
  • Experience using Generative AI tools to improve analysis or operational processes.
