Customer Experience Systems Senior Associate
Analyzes and improves CRM systems, workflows, data quality, and tooling for customer experience teams. The role requires a master’s degree and at least two years of CRM platform, process optimization, data management, and reporting experience.

Responsibilities
- Analyze CRM data to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions.
- Guide data migration and system integrations to maintain seamless workflows.
- Manage business requirements and optimize CRM workflows and processes.
- Define and implement maintenance procedures for efficient, consistent database design.
- Develop information protocols to improve data security and support timely system upgrades.
- Maintain the Salesforce Service Cloud change backlog focused on agent and system efficiency.
- Collaborate across customer experience teams to coordinate and validate tooling improvements.
- Track and analyze business value and risk for CRM initiatives.
- Design and deliver recurring stakeholder reports to monitor CRM data quality.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or foreign equivalent.
- 2 years of experience in the offered role or a related role.
- 2 years of experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, HubSpot, or other CRM platforms.
- 2 years of experience developing process optimization methods for CRM workflows.
- 2 years of experience monitoring, analyzing, and managing CRM data quality.
- 2 years of experience coordinating tooling improvements across teams.
- 2 years of experience designing CRM-related reports and dashboards.
Compensation
- Base salary: $124,000–$138,000 USD annually, dependent on permanent work location.
- Eligible for a new-hire equity grant and annual refresh grants.
