The AI Deployment Engineer partners with enterprise customers to identify AI use cases and architect, implement, and scale applications and integrations using WRITER’s platform. The role requires 5+ years in technical SaaS, strong Python and API expertise, and experience delivering complex solutions for Fortune 500 enterprises.

Responsibilities
- Partner deeply with enterprise customers to identify strategic AI use cases, validate technical feasibility, and own end-to-end implementation of tailored solutions.
- Architect and deliver custom applications, templates, and integrations using WRITER's platform, APIs, and Knowledge Graph capabilities.
- Translate complex technical concepts and platform capabilities into clear, prescriptive solution recommendations.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams, providing customer feedback that influences the product roadmap.
- Develop scalable processes, robust documentation, and efficient workflows for technical integrations to reduce customer time-to-value.
- Champion adoption and expansion of WRITER's AI solutions within customer accounts, maximizing impact and return on investment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in technical SaaS roles.
- 3+ years of experience in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or technical account management.
- Strong technical fluency in Python.
- Extensive experience leveraging APIs, including designing sophisticated prompts and understanding linguistic principles for AI applications.
- Proven experience architecting and delivering complex technical solutions for Fortune 500 enterprises in a fast-paced, high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- Exceptional communication and executive presence, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to technical teams and C-suite leaders.
- Builder's mindset and passion for emerging technologies and generative AI.
- Strong ownership, collaboration, customer focus, and problem-solving skills.
