Own Tulip’s B2B content strategy and execution across editorial, campaign, sales enablement, and event content. The role requires 5–8+ years of technical or SaaS content marketing experience, strong writing and editorial judgment, revenue orientation, and hands-on use of AI workflows.

Responsibilities
Editorial strategy and program ownership
- Own the content strategy, including the editorial calendar, formats, distribution approach, and performance framework connecting content to pipeline.
- Create content across thought leadership, customer stories, campaign assets, social media, and sales enablement formats.
- Manage agency and freelance contributors.
- Partner with Product Marketing to translate vertical positioning, product launches, and launch narratives into buyer-focused content.
Commercial content and sales partnership
- Work with Demand Generation to develop campaign content that drives net-new pipeline.
- Measure content contribution to sourced and influenced revenue.
- Build practical sales enablement content that improves how sales representatives communicate the company’s story.
- Own content for flagship events, customer events, and major product launches.
AI-assisted content operations
- Build AI-assisted editorial workflows, including research pipelines, drafting systems, repurposing frameworks, and distribution automation.
- Establish standards for AI use in content work and evaluate, adopt, and operationalize effective tools and processes.
- Identify where human judgment remains essential.
- Track content performance and use data to improve formats, conversion, sales adoption, and content gaps.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of B2B SaaS or technical content marketing experience.
- Portfolio spanning thought leadership, campaign content, and full-funnel programs.
- Track record of owning content programs end to end and connecting them to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- Strong editorial judgment and writing skills for technical and business audiences.
- Experience partnering with Product Marketing and Demand Generation to translate positioning into effective content.
- Demonstrated use of AI to materially improve content output or economics.
