Responsibilities
- Lead advanced client consultations to gather requirements and provide expert point-of-sale (POS) guidance.
- Design and implement complex menu configurations and backend system updates.
- Ensure data integrity and consistent naming conventions across integrated software platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software and configuration issues, escalating when needed.
- Maintain accuracy across software integrations and updates.
- Apply Menu Team processes, standards, and best practices.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Manage and prioritize escalated tickets, providing timely, high-quality resolutions.
- Partner with Account Executives and Sales Managers to ensure process compliance and system alignment.
- Mentor and train Level 1 specialists.
- Contribute to documentation, process improvements, and workflow optimization.
- Follow documented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and checklists.
- Review outcomes before submission and address process gaps or errors.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and spreadsheet tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities for complex POS configurations.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proven success in client-facing consultation and technical implementation roles.
- Understanding of restaurant operations, menu design, and technology integration.
- Experience managing multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring junior specialists or onboarding new team members.
- Familiarity with POS software, third-party integrations, delivery platforms, and system architecture.
- Background in the restaurant or hospitality industry strongly preferred.
- 2–3 years of professional experience in customer success or related roles.
- Fluent written and verbal English and Spanish.
- Additional languages preferred.
- Experience in fintech or SaaS environments preferred.
