Enterprise Solutions Consultant/Regional Launcher, LATAM

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and operational design for enterprise sales cycles across Latin America.
• Run discovery with engineering and operations teams; define integration approaches; build demonstrations and pilots; and resolve architecture, data, and scalability questions.
• Own regional implementations from requirements and configuration through integration, operator training, go-live, and stabilization.
• Coordinate customer stakeholders with central engineering and specialist teams, remaining accountable for delivery performance until operations are stable.
• Manage regional accounts across dispatch, operational, and executive stakeholders.
• Run business reviews, success plans, escalation paths, and the operating rhythm for each account.
• Track adoption, delivery performance, and platform health to identify underused or underperforming areas and prioritize workstreams.
• Own customer relationships, adoption, and renewals; the role carries no sales quota.
• Define and document the Latin America customer success model, including onboarding sequences, health metrics, review formats, and escalation protocols.
• Adapt the global approach to local carrier ecosystems, payment and addressing conventions, and delivery expectations.
• Represent regional needs to product and engineering and turn field observations into prioritized product requests.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience across customer success, solutions consulting, implementation, or operations roles in SaaS, logistics, or marketplaces.
• Experience delivering complex enterprise implementations or managing large accounts with renewals, expansions, or major deployments.
• Ability to lead technical discovery, define integration approaches, write basic SQL, and troubleshoot production configuration issues.
• Understanding of delivery operations, including carrier ecosystems, addressing and payment conventions, and Latin American last-mile conditions.
• Professional fluency in Spanish and English.
• Ability to build processes and operating models in an environment without established procedures.
• Clear, concise communication with engineering teams and executive stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites and across the region.

Nice to Have

• Portuguese proficiency.
• Experience in Latin American delivery operations or logistics.
