About the role
Key Responsibilities
Design, manage, and improve processes for Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams
Maintain critical systems across our tech stack and ensure data integrity through multiple integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, IronClad, Clay, Outreach, ZoomInfo, etc.)
Partner closely with GTM leaders to identify process gaps, translate needs into technical solutions, and drive adoption of new capabilities
Manage Sales requests
Manage complex deal structure creation through to post-sale booking processes
Requirements
Revenue Operations and Salesforce experience at a growing SaaS company
Curious and scrappy builder who enjoys figuring things out, automating manual work, and owning projects end-to-end (experience with leveraging AI to efficiently discover, test, and implement solutions)
Comfortable querying data with SQL
Experience working with Sales and effectively speaking to key processes and data
Ability to prioritize effectively and get things done in an unstructured environment
Experience in consulting, investment banking, or private equity a plus
Compensation
Salary range: $90,000 - $140,000
