Senior Lifecycle Marketer

Own end-to-end lifecycle marketing programs that activate, engage, and retain travel advisors, using segmentation, experimentation, analytics, and CRM automation. The role requires 6+ years of lifecycle or related marketing experience and strong cross-functional execution.

Responsibilities

  • Own lifecycle programs spanning advisor activation, progression, retention, reengagement, and event lifecycle from strategy through execution, measurement, and iteration.
  • Translate business objectives into hypotheses, segmentation strategies, journey designs, testing plans, and measurement frameworks.
  • Build and maintain program roadmaps, balancing new initiatives, journey optimization, and data-driven opportunities.
  • Design segmented onboarding and activation journeys to improve time to first booking and first commission.
  • Partner with Analytics to identify, test, and scale opportunities that improve advisor productivity and progression.
  • Develop milestone-based communications, personalized recommendations, and reengagement journeys.
  • Identify advisor-experience friction points and collaborate with Advisor Experience and Product on solutions beyond lifecycle marketing.
  • Own testing across messaging, channels, cadence, segmentation, and journey design; use results to optimize, scale, or retire programs.
  • Define program metrics, develop performance reporting, and communicate insights and recommendations.
  • Partner with RevOps and Data on marketing technology, data flows, and attribution infrastructure.
  • Advise Sales, Advisor Experience, Product, Analytics, and other cross-functional teams on lifecycle strategy.
  • Guide specialist partners or junior marketers when applicable.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, marketplace growth marketing, or a related discipline, including ownership of programs or channels from strategy through execution.
  • Ability to independently translate ambiguous goals into strategies, hypotheses, execution plans, and launched programs.
  • Hands-on experience with a marketing automation or CRM platform such as HubSpot, Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or comparable tools.
  • Experience building sophisticated segmentation and journey logic.
  • Strong analytical skills, including testing plans, cohort and funnel analysis, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and own outcomes.
  • Experience collaborating across Sales, Product, Analytics, Data, and customer or advisor experience teams.
  • Excellent written communication and judgment in developing messaging for distinct audience segments.
  • Active experience using AI tools and a thoughtful perspective on AI applications in lifecycle marketing.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in travel, hospitality, or a supply-side marketplace serving providers, hosts, advisors, independent operators, or similar audiences.
  • Experience mentoring marketers or directing specialist partners.
  • SQL experience.
  • Experience with Looker or Amplitude.

  • Indicative compensation range: $160,000–$220,000 plus equity; final compensation depends on experience and hiring level.
