Responsibilities
- Analyze North American needs and execute the territory’s end-to-end field event strategy to drive pipeline, accelerate deals, and build brand awareness.
- Lead event design and execution, including site selection, vendor negotiations, experiential elements, run-of-show logistics, and onsite management.
- Localize event agendas, recruit and brief internal and external speakers, and manage regional sponsorships and partner deliverables.
- Partner with Regional Field Marketing to provide localized strategies, playbooks, messaging, and toolkits; align with Sales and support post-event lead follow-up.
- Manage program budgets, establish KPIs, analyze pipeline contribution, and report performance to leadership.
- Adapt global playbooks and maintain consistent brand standards across North American events.
Requirements
- 5+ years leading complex, large-scale B2B field events and enterprise trade shows, preferably in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
- Experience independently owning event execution for a geographic territory and delivering measurable pipeline growth.
- Strong organization, including high-volume event calendars, vendor contracts, and regional budgets.
- Ability to work autonomously, advocate for regional priorities, and drive cross-functional alignment.
- Willingness to travel across North America approximately 20–30%.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience designing and executing executive-level programs such as C-level roundtables, summits, conferences, and VIP experiences.
- Experience with enterprise marketing and event technology, including Google Workspace, Salesforce, Marketo, AirTable, and ReachDesk.
- Experience building event attribution models and analyzing regional ROI; Looker experience is a plus.
- Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
Compensation & Benefits
- Full-time compensation includes base salary, bonus, equity, and benefits.
- US base salary range: $160,000–$219,000 USD.
- Visa sponsorship is not offered.
