Senior Demand Generation Manager

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive lead generation, pipeline growth, and revenue, including content syndication, paid newsletters, email nurtures, direct mail, referral programs, and demo programs.
- Manage webinar programs from concept through promotion, logistics, and follow-up, including direct, third-party, and partner webinars.
- Collaborate with BDRs and sales teams to operationalize campaigns, enable follow-through, and maintain clear communication across campaign stages.
- Partner with product marketing, content, and creative teams to develop messaging, conversion-optimized landing page copy, and visual assets.
- Identify new lead-generation opportunities and monitor industry trends and best practices.
- Use data and analytics to refine strategies, track performance, improve conversion rates, and optimize cost-effectiveness.
- Execute targeted account-based marketing strategies for high-value accounts in alignment with sales.
- Manage campaign timelines, budgets, resources, workflows, and cross-functional alignment.
- Oversee demand generation and ABM campaign lifecycles from planning and execution through monitoring and post-campaign reporting.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment; B2B SaaS experience strongly preferred.
- BS/BA in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools; Salesforce and Marketo preferred.
- Experience growing a database organically through multiple channels.
- Proven ability to partner with sales teams to generate qualified leads for SDRs and BDRs.
- Experience implementing sales enablement processes for demand generation campaigns.
- Ability to learn new technologies, products, and systems quickly.
- Excellent communication skills and strong creative instincts.
- Innovative, resourceful, dynamic, and effective in changing environments with competing priorities.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $163,000–$187,000 annually.
