Leads the strategy, team, budget, and AI-powered autonomous account-based marketing engine for a high-growth technology company. The role requires 5+ years of B2B growth experience, team management, budget ownership, and strong Sales and RevOps alignment.

Responsibilities
- Own the autonomous outbound engine across segments, including account selection and segmentation, messaging, channel mix, Sales handoff, and success metrics.
- Lead, coach, and grow the existing team, including hiring decisions and operating standards.
- Own budget and channel investment decisions, defending tradeoffs with data.
- Design and deploy AI-powered campaign workflows that scale personalization across target accounts using relevant data and signals.
- Execute integrated multi-channel campaigns across outbound email, direct mail, and digital, tailored to key personas, funnel stages, and customer segments.
- Run structured A/B tests, build a learning agenda, and translate results into strategic decisions.
- Partner with Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing leadership on account targeting, campaign strategy, and pipeline metrics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B demand generation or growth experience at a high-growth technology company.
- At least 2 years managing and developing a team.
- Experience owning budget or investment decisions for a growth function.
- Proven experience building AI-powered GTM workflows from scratch using tools such as Clay or similar platforms.
- Experience automating prospecting, personalizing outreach at scale, or surfacing intent signals.
- Ability to build without a defined playbook and create structure from ambiguity.
- Fluency in segmentation, intent signal interpretation, and account prioritization.
- Proven leadership-level alignment with Sales and RevOps, treating pipeline as a shared metric.
- Must be commutable to the NYC headquarters and work in person 3–4 days per week, including Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $165,000–$190,000, plus equity and benefits.
