Senior Events Marketing Manager

Responsibilities
- Own Rillet’s field marketing strategy and program calendar, including executive dinners, regional events, conferences, and partner activations.
- Design high-touch experiences for CFOs and finance leaders that reflect Rillet’s brand and positioning.
- Identify priority markets, industries, and programs with the highest pipeline potential.
- Build and execute account-based field programs that attract target accounts.
- Partner with Sales on ICP targets, account lists, meeting goals, and follow-up strategy.
- Generate and support meetings with target accounts before, during, and after events.
- Manage venues, vendors, sponsorships, logistics, timelines, and budgets.
- Oversee on-site execution and attendee experience.
- Facilitate introductions, support conversations, and help advance opportunities.
- Collaborate with Demand Generation and Content on pre-event outreach and post-event follow-up.
- Extend engagement through email, social, partner channels, and executive follow-ups.
- Create clear funnel paths from invitation to meeting to pipeline.
- Track meetings generated, pipeline influenced, deal acceleration, and conversion rates.
- Gather sales feedback and continuously improve messaging, experiences, ROI, and program repeatability.
Requirements
- 7–12 years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or event-driven pipeline programs within B2B SaaS or technology.
- Proven experience owning field marketing programs that generate pipeline and influence revenue.
- Experience partnering closely with sales teams on account targeting, meeting generation, and deal acceleration.
- Strong operational skills managing complex events, vendors, sponsorships, and budgets.
- Ability to operate confidently in executive environments and facilitate high-value conversations.
- Strong audience-targeting and messaging instincts.
- Highly organized and resourceful, with the ability to thrive in fast-moving environments.
- Data-driven mindset focused on pipeline impact, ROI, and continuous improvement.
- Must be within commuting distance of the New York City or San Francisco offices, or willing to relocate; in-office Tuesdays, Thursdays, and one additional flexible day are required.

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $160,000–$200,000.
