Build and scale Factory’s partner marketing motion from the ground up, developing joint campaigns, events, enablement, MDF operations, and attribution programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue. Requires 6+ years in partner, channel, alliances, field, or related B2B technology marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Own and scale the partner marketing strategy, including co-marketed campaigns and events that generate partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
  • Build the co-marketing motion across cloud providers, foundation model providers, systems integrators, and strategic technology or AI partners.
  • Develop joint marketing plans, positioning, and campaigns with strategic partners.
  • Launch end-to-end joint programs, including executive dinners, roadshows, webinars, co-hosted events, and third-party conferences.
  • Partner with Partner Sales to identify strategic partners, align target account lists, and maximize partner contribution.
  • Manage partner engagement and accountability for qualified prospects, joint outreach, and measurable pipeline.
  • Create partner enablement materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers, positioning and competitive guides, and solution briefs.
  • Establish and manage the MDF operating model, including intake, prioritization, budget allocation, approvals, and ROI optimization.
  • Coordinate partner presence at company and third-party flagship events, including messaging, audience targeting, and customer engagement.
  • Develop attribution frameworks and reporting for partner-sourced attendance, pipeline, and program performance.
  • Collaborate with Partnerships/Alliances, Product Marketing, and Field Marketing on campaign strategy, account engagement, and follow-up execution.
  • Use AI and automation to improve partner engagement, campaign execution, reporting, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, alliances, field marketing, or a related go-to-market function.
  • Experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS or technology company.
  • Proven ability to build partner or channel marketing programs from zero into repeatable, pipeline-generating motions.
  • Experience developing account-based partner marketing strategies with Partner or Channel teams.
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, joint go-to-market programs, and partner-led demand generation.
  • Strong campaign development skills and ability to translate product value into clear partner value propositions.
  • Analytical discipline, including pipeline attribution, CRM workflows, and revenue-focused reporting.
  • Exceptional project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Regular use of AI tools to improve campaign execution, automate workflows, accelerate analysis, and increase productivity.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo, and event management tools.
