Responsibilities
- Own and grow strategic relationships with enterprise-focused audit firm and systems integrator partners.
- Develop joint business plans and serve as the senior escalation point for complex audits and strategic partner initiatives.
- Embed Drata into partners’ advisory and implementation practices and drive partner-sourced revenue.
- Align enterprise sales teams with audit firm and SI partners to advance opportunities from introduction through close.
- Build repeatable co-selling motions, including partner enablement, deal registration, pipeline tracking, and forecasting.
- Educate partners on Drata products and recommend solutions for their clients’ needs.
- Partner with Customer Success to improve audit experiences, monitor audit-related CSAT, and address friction points.
- Enable partners on Drata’s roadmap and best practices while advocating for them across Product, Engineering, and go-to-market teams.
- Implement partner onboarding programs, measure effectiveness, and report performance.
- Support strategic deals through partner-led pitches and executive briefings.
- Contribute to the broader partnership and ecosystem strategy.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, business development, or audit-led go-to-market roles within B2B SaaS or large professional services organizations.
- Direct sales, quota-carrying, or business development experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Significant understanding of the GRC landscape and familiarity with audit, compliance, risk, or security frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and SOX.
- Experience influencing revenue through partner relationships, referrals, or co-selling motions.
- Experience managing senior stakeholders, including partners, principals, and enterprise decision-makers.
- Background at a Big 4 or large national audit firm, or in a strategic role at a global systems integrator.
- Experience working with enterprise SaaS sales teams and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles.
- Strong strategic thinking, collaboration, communication, and influencing skills.
- Ability to operate independently and define best practices in an evolving alliance function.
Compensation and Benefits
- Expected on-target earnings: $170,000–$260,000 USD annually.
