Senior Partnerships Manager
The Senior Partnerships Manager will build strategic AI partnerships, develop pricing and licensing models, and translate generative-model capabilities into commercial opportunities. Responsibilities
- Drive business growth through strategic partnerships and custom deal development from initial outreach through close.
- Develop pricing strategies for newly launched capabilities.
- Collaborate with Research, Engineering, Finance, and Legal on complex product, data, and distribution deals.
- Identify and develop new distribution and monetization channels.
- Translate technical capabilities into commercial opportunities in collaboration with engineers.
- Structure partnership models for API users and enterprises running models on-premise.
Requirements
- Technical foundation through experience at image/video generation companies or a background in engineering, solutions architecture, or technical product roles.
- Proven business development or partnerships experience in AI, cloud, or technical infrastructure.
- Deep understanding of SaaS business models, API pricing, cloud consulting, and enterprise licensing.
- Ability to hold technical conversations with engineers and translate them into commercial strategy.
- Strong relationship-building and a track record of maintaining long-term partnerships.
- Analytical rigor and market research capabilities.
Nice to Have
- Experience with diffusion models for image/video generation.
- Early-stage, high-growth startup experience.
- Experience with B2B API and model-weight licensing sales models.
- Open-source business model experience.
Compensation
- United States base salary: $175,000–$240,000 annually, plus variable compensation and equity.
- European Union base salary: €135,000–€190,000 annually, plus variable compensation and equity.
- Reasonable travel costs for required in-person collaboration are covered.
