Responsibilities
- Set Dropbox’s partner marketing strategy and roadmap across priority AI and ISV partners.
- Develop joint go-to-market strategies, value propositions, campaign briefs, launch plans, content strategies, activation plans, and partner-facing deliverables.
- Lead strategic partner marketing programs from concept through launch, measurement, optimization, and scale.
- Build evergreen co-marketing programs, including joint campaigns, customer stories, lifecycle activation, events, content, and partner amplification.
- Design scalable operating mechanisms, including partner segmentation, launch frameworks, templates, decision rights, operating cadences, measurement, governance, and joint investment planning.
- Build trusted relationships with strategic partners and drive cross-functional execution with Partnerships, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Communications.
- Manage, coach, and develop a small team of partner marketers while remaining hands-on with priority programs.
- Use approved AI tools for partner research, planning, content development, personalization, analysis, and workflow improvement, with human review and accountability.
Requirements
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, including significant partner, ecosystem, platform, or strategic alliances marketing experience.
- Experience developing joint value propositions, go-to-market strategies, integrated campaigns, launch plans, and evergreen co-marketing programs with technology, SaaS, platform, AI, or ISV partners.
- Ability to structure ambiguous opportunities and drive initiatives through execution, measurement, iteration, and scale.
- Strong analytical and data-informed decision-making skills.
- Excellent writing, messaging, verbal communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience influencing cross-functional teams and managing and developing marketers in a player-coach capacity.
- Experience applying AI or automation to marketing or business workflows while maintaining human accountability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in AI, SaaS, productivity, collaboration, cloud, developer-platform, or other rapidly evolving technology ecosystems.
- Experience working with major strategic technology partners.
- Experience building a partner marketing program, capability, operating model, or repeatable motion from the ground up.
