Responsibilities
- Develop and implement partnership strategies that maximize commercial upside and product extensibility at scale.
- Build relationships with partner executives and cross-functional working groups to influence prioritization and decision-making.
- Design and project-manage partnership programs across local and global markets.
- Lead commercialization of B2B and B2B2C payment products through partner distribution strategies.
- Lead end-to-end partner negotiations, including upsell and cross-sell of products and features.
- Drive integrations and efficiencies that expand reach through partner platforms and ecosystems.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Finance, Compliance, and Legal teams.
- Own partner performance and continually identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
Requirements
- 10+ years of business development or partner management experience, preferably at an innovative payments company.
- Demonstrated success managing commercial products and programs, ideally in payments or fintech.
- Proven ability to build C-suite relationships and navigate complex external organizations.
- Expert negotiation skills and understanding of commercial contracts and complex negotiating dynamics.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfort operating amid ambiguity in globally scaled products.
- Product fluency and experience working with multiple product and engineering teams.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or master's degree is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual base salary ranges from $164,300 to $297,000 USD depending on U.S. location zone, skills, experience, qualifications, and market conditions.
