Senior Business Development Manager

Responsibilities
- Drive Greenhouse's partner strategy, turning strategic partner decisions into revenue-generating initiatives.
- Own a portfolio of strategic partners end-to-end, serving as the primary point of contact and managing associated revenue goals.
- Lead partnership launches from initial scoping through go-live in collaboration with Product, Customer Growth & Success, and Marketing.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering on integration scope, roadmap alignment, and prioritization.
- Partner with Customer Growth & Success and Sales on co-sell motions and partner-sourced pipeline.
- Work with Marketing on joint go-to-market and co-marketing programs.
- Define partner KPIs and manage reporting on partner health, goals, and ROI with Sales and Finance.
- Negotiate and manage commercial agreements with Legal, including renewals, amendments, and ongoing commercial structures.
- Identify new partnership opportunities and make data-driven recommendations on ecosystem investments.
Requirements
- 6–9 years of experience in business development, partnerships, strategic alliances, or a related function at a B2B or B2C SaaS company.
- Experience managing partner relationships after signature, including QBRs, performance tracking, and relationship troubleshooting.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product/Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
- Commercial and analytical fluency, including business cases, partnership ROI modeling, and negotiation of revenue share, referral fees, marketing development funds, and minimum commitments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Builder's mindset, high follow-through, and experience creating structure and managing complex projects.
- Track record of achieving realized ARR or revenue goals through partnerships.
- Applicants must be authorized to work full-time in the United States.

Compensation and Benefits
- National pay range: $163,800–$213,100 USD.
- Some roles may be eligible for stock options, bonuses, merit increases, or sales commissions.
