Strategic Partnerships & Business Development Lead
Build Granted’s healthcare partnerships and business development motion from the ground up, owning pipeline development, complex deal cycles, pilot launches, and a repeatable channel playbook. The role partners closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams and requires healthcare partnership experience and a record of closing high-value deals.

Responsibilities
- Build and manage the full business development pipeline across broker networks, employer groups, payers, TPAs, and other healthcare verticals.
- Source and qualify leads, prioritize high-potential channels, and drive complex partnership deals forward.
- Lead high-touch business development cycles of approximately 2–12 months and launch early partnerships.
- Collaborate with marketing, brand, and product teams to create pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and partner onboarding materials.
- Develop a repeatable partnerships playbook, including CRM, sales operations, outreach materials, and channel infrastructure.
- Represent the company externally with partners in a credible, consultative, and persistent manner.
Requirements
- 4–6+ years of experience in healthcare partnerships, business development, or strategy.
- Background in a high-performance environment, such as a top-tier undergraduate program, MBA, consulting firm, or venture-backed startup.
- Track record of closing complex, high-value deals.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously.
- High integrity, low ego, and motivation to build a meaningful business.
- Fluency in employer benefits, payer incentives, broker economics, and TPA structures.
- Ability to carry long-cycle deals through signature and build a partnerships motion from the ground up.

Compensation
- Annual salary range: $170,000–$210,000.
