Responsibilities
- Own market-by-market recruiting targets, ensuring right reporters in right places
- Identify, engage, and onboard new court reporters
- Develop and refine value proposition for reporters
- Build, manage, and optimize end-to-end recruiting funnel
- Determine ROI-positive industry events and sponsorships
- Provide recruiting performance readouts and improvements
- Design and streamline provider onboarding workflows
- Develop expert knowledge of court reporting industry
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Ops, Data)
Requirements
- 3+ years at high-volume staffing firm or two-sided marketplace
- Proven leadership and people management experience
- Ability to own and deliver market-level recruiting targets
- Experience building full-cycle recruiting funnels
- Interpersonal savvy to build trust with diverse backgrounds
