Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Coordinates high-volume interview processes while owning and improving the recruiting systems, data, workflows, and automation that support scalable hiring. The role requires strong organization, communication, operational judgment, and comfort with ATS configuration and recruiting metrics.

Responsibilities
- Run interview logistics end-to-end, including complex, high-volume interview loops across teams, time zones, and phone, video, and onsite formats.
- Manage candidate communication throughout scheduling with clarity and warmth.
- Resolve conflicts and last-minute changes proactively.
- Build relationships with hiring managers and interviewers, aligning schedules, materials, and next steps.
- Own the Ashby ATS day to day, including data cleanliness, pipeline stages, scorecard completion, automations, and integrations.
- Track recruiting metrics such as time in stage, pass-through rates, and scheduling SLAs; identify candidate bottlenecks and implement improvements.
- Create templates, playbooks, and documentation to make hiring processes repeatable.
- Automate coordination workflows, including self-scheduling, availability management, reminders, and AI-assisted tools.
Requirements
- Experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting or people operations, or another operationally demanding role.
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
- Comfort configuring and improving an ATS beyond basic usage; Ashby experience is a plus.
- Strong data instinct and ability to identify patterns, analyze metrics, and use evidence in discussions.
- High ownership, sound judgment, and ability to work independently.
- Comfort with ambiguity, changing priorities, and varied responsibilities.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $85,000–$105,000 annually.
