Responsibilities
- Design and implement strategic early-career programs for intern and graduate pipelines.
- Align early-career frameworks with global growth plans and talent needs.
- Define learning objectives and core projects for intern cohorts.
- Build and maintain partnerships with universities and colleges to source candidates.
- Develop employer-branding strategies for student markets.
- Represent the company at career fairs and campus recruitment events.
- Partner with the People team on intern onboarding and orientation.
- Establish mentor and buddy pairing systems.
- Conduct progress check-ins, assess engagement, and oversee intern performance reviews.
- Manage the full intern lifecycle from onboarding through completion and long-term retention.
- Track program metrics, including conversion rates, retention, and ROI.
- Analyze feedback from managers and interns to improve program effectiveness.
- Manage budgets, logistics, and scheduling for early-career initiatives.
- Plan for program scalability as the organization grows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in global early careers, internship, or graduate recruitment, focused on technical roles.
- Expertise in international university partnerships and global STEM campus recruitment.
- Experience building inclusive and equitable intern programs.
- Excellent project management, communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Commitment to talent development and inclusive early-career experiences.
- Proven ability to track and analyze program metrics.
- Ability to develop learning objectives and project frameworks.
- Comfort working across diverse stakeholder groups and locations.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary range of $95,000–$175,000.
- Weekly lunch stipend of $75/£75 or equivalent in local currency.
