Responsibilities
- Generate and maintain active and passive candidate pipelines for complex, hard-to-fill positions using LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, sourcing campaigns, Google X-Ray searches, event attendee lists, and other sources.
- Promote job openings internally and collaborate with employees to identify talent through their networks.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans, tracking progress and sharing updates with stakeholders.
- Research creative channels for finding overlooked and diverse talent.
- Map talent markets and monitor talent flow, market attrition, and companies employing target talent.
- Manage events and projects, analyze messaging, prospect creatively, and engage stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a recruiter or sourcer in a search firm or in-house recruiting team, supporting high-volume recruiting.
- Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, urgency, and ability to manage multiple roles independently.
- Proven ability to engage talent through sourcing tools and convert passive prospects into candidates.
