Responsibilities
- Build, own, and nurture pipelines of business talent across Sales, Finance, Revenue, Marketing and Communications, and Operations.
- Deliver a high-quality recruiting experience aligned with Cohere’s brand.
- Partner with hiring managers and talent partners to identify and engage passive candidates through creative sourcing methods.
- Maintain market intelligence on business talent trends and the competitive landscape.
- Manage recruiting funnels in the ATS, including progress updates and analytics.
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies to optimize the top of the funnel.
- Cultivate relationships across business communities and industry networks.
- Identify and lead high-impact talent projects.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience sourcing for business roles across Sales, Finance, Revenue, Marketing and Communications, and Operations.
- Experience sourcing in high-growth, high-bar environments.
- Established network in business communities.
- Strong relationship-building, influencing, and communication skills.
- Creative problem-solving ability in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Ability to use data and analytics to guide sourcing decisions and measure effectiveness.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate broader hiring needs.

Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary: $80,000–$145,000 USD.
