About the role

Responsibilities

  • Advise hiring managers and stakeholders on comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide accurate, timely updates on position activity; track talent acquisition metrics, report trends and issues, and recommend improvements.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for sales roles across departments and geographies within the Sales/Go-to-Market organization.
  • Source, attract, and engage sales talent through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
  • Partner with HR business partners and organizational leaders to understand the internal talent pipeline.
  • Screen and assess candidates for experience and overall fit.
  • Manage relationships with hiring teams and ensure alignment with business goals and hiring standards.
  • Monitor industry trends, best practices, and emerging talent acquisition and recruitment marketing technologies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen employer branding, improve recruitment processes, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead specialty talent acquisition projects for supported business areas.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales recruitment experience, preferably combining agency and corporate experience, including experience in a fast-paced SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • 1+ year of talent acquisition performance and metrics reporting experience.
  • Proven success sourcing, attracting, and hiring sales talent.
  • Strong relationship management skills and the ability to establish credibility with leaders, identify talent gaps and risks, and develop action plans.
  • Strong understanding of sales skills and competencies for roles such as Account Executive, Account Manager, and Sales Development.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, relationship-building, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
  • Ability to communicate the company employee value proposition and embody core values.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, recruitment tools, and sourcing platforms.
  • Strategic and creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to tell stories and drive results in a dynamic environment.

Compensation and Benefits

  • US base salary: $70,000–$90,000, plus bonus and benefits.

  • Hybrid in-office role with an expectation of 3 days in the office and 2 days at home. Remote work is available for candidates not located near an office.
