Responsibilities
- Own customer outcomes from discovery through realized ROI for assigned process areas.
- Develop executive narratives and lead business value workshops.
- Build executive sponsorship across business units and co-own change management with customer leaders.
- Design Centers of Excellence roadmaps that promote customer self-sufficiency.
- Lead global transformation programs across complex, multi-region or cross-functional workstreams.
- Implement AI-driven account planning and AI-assisted project management.
- Automate executive governance activities, including QBRs and steering committees.
- Use AI tools to produce technical outputs and automations while partnering with Applied Value Engineers on deeper solution builds.
- Drive Celonis platform adoption and develop strategic expansion roadmaps.
- Provide product and use-case feedback to R&D.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience owning complex workstreams, process areas, and customer relationships in value engineering, consulting, or pre-sales.
- Enterprise IT and business software experience, such as SAP, Workday, Salesforce, or Oracle.
- Proficiency using AI copilots and other AI tools to generate outputs and automations.
- Experience executing process improvements and realizing business value.
- Experience orchestrating multi-region or multi-business-unit transformation programs.
- Ability to mobilize VP- and Director-level executive sponsorship.
- Excellent English communication and executive presence; native-level local-language communication required.
- Deep understanding of finance and supply chain domains and high-tech industry trends.
- Degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, business analytics, or a comparable technical discipline; alternatively, a business or economics degree with a technical minor.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $156,000–$183,000 USD annually.
- Total compensation may include base salary, bonus or commission, equity, health and dental insurance, life insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
