Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing integration team focused on client onboarding and scalable technical solutions.
- Provide end-to-end client support throughout onboarding.
- Own APIs, SDK documentation, integration guides, and support documentation.
- Analyze client requirements from technical and functional perspectives and design solutions based on product capabilities.
- Manage implementation projects, including quality, timelines, risk mitigation, and deliverables.
- Understand customers’ business problems, technical requirements, and success criteria to develop solutions using Sardine’s technology.
- Provide product feedback to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience as an implementation manager, integrations engineer, technical account manager, solutions architect, or systems analyst working with multiple internal and external technical teams.
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS experience in payments, fraud, risk, or compliance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical and business concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and drive deliverables to completion.
- Experience with basic SQL querying and JSON payload analysis.
- Experience with API specifications such as OpenAPI, web development, and scripting for internal tools.
- Experience with one or more of Bash, Python, SQL, Ruby, or Golang, and tools such as Postman.
