Responsibilities

  • Own Americas new business and expansion revenue across Strategic, Enterprise, and Corporate segments.
  • Set go-to-market strategy covering segmentation, territories, coverage, capacity, hiring, and resources.
  • Build repeatable pipeline through outbound, inbound, account-based, partner, and executive-selling motions.
  • Establish operating rhythms for pipeline inspection, forecasting, deal progression, performance management, and business reviews.
  • Lead, coach, and develop Sales Directors, Managers, and Account Executives while building a strong management bench.
  • Drive consistent sales methodology, account planning, qualification, and pipeline hygiene.
  • Engage in strategic deals and scale new-logo, adoption, cross-sell, and expansion motions across the product portfolio.
  • Partner with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, SDR/BDR, and Partners to improve pipeline, deal quality, adoption, retention, and expansion.
  • Represent North America in global go-to-market planning and contribute customer, market, and competitive insight.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations, Enablement, Finance, and People on productivity, compensation, hiring, and retention.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales.
  • 7+ years of sales leadership experience, including managing managers.
  • Proven success scaling North America go-to-market strategy and sales organizations in high-growth technology companies.
  • Experience leading Strategic, Enterprise, Corporate, Mid-Market, or other high-velocity sales motions.
  • Track record delivering new business and expansion through complex, multi-stakeholder Strategic and Enterprise sales cycles.
  • Experience selling technical products to engineering, DevOps, platform, product, IT, and executive buyers.
  • Expertise in pipeline generation, forecasting, territory planning, account coverage, sales methodology, and performance management.
  • Ability to hire, develop, and retain strong sales managers and individual contributors.
  • Executive presence and cross-functional leadership skills.

Compensation

  • Zone 1: $378,000–$520,000 target pay range.
  • Zone 2: $340,000–$468,000 target pay range.
  • Zone 3: $321,000–$442,000 target pay range.
  • Compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
  • Additional benefits include restricted stock units, health, vision, dental, and mental health benefits.
