Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Regional Directors and Account Executives in the Pacific Northwest, ensuring sales targets are met and exceeded.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the 50–9,999-life segment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and achieve company objectives.
- Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.
- Monitor regional sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and industry regulations.
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers and partners.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of sales leadership and management experience with a track record of delivering against team quotas.
- Extensive experience working with benefits brokers and consultants.
- Exceptional leadership and people-management skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented approach focused on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

- Master's degree.
Compensation
- Target total compensation, including base salary and commission: $375,000–$410,000 USD annually.
