- Professional software engineering experience in at least one language such as JavaScript/TypeScript or Python, with the ability to build production-grade proofs of concept and tools.
- Hands-on experience with modern cloud platforms, containerization, orchestration such as Docker and Kubernetes, and secure network design for API-driven systems.
- Proven ownership of complex post-sales work, including production deployments, migrations, performance tuning, and incident response.
- Clear written and verbal communication with technical and executive audiences.
- Based in an APAC time zone with reliable overlap with customer business hours across East Asia, Southeast Asia, and ANZ.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with speech recognition, text-to-speech, or voice agents orchestrating large language models.
- Familiarity with word error rate analysis, model selection and tuning, and accuracy-versus-latency tradeoffs.
- Experience operating self-hosted systems, including Helm-based deployments and production observability.
- Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, data residency, and compliance topics in APAC enterprise reviews.
- Fluency in an additional Asian language such as Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, or Hindi.
