Communities Partner Development Manager, SaaS Platforms

About the job

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and manage a portfolio of platform partners across AMER.
  • Work with cross-functional technical teams to ensure partners integrate properly with Stripe for go-to-market efforts.
  • Optimize partner performance through partner plans and business reviews.
  • Identify opportunities to expand revenue and deploy joint sales approaches with top partners and regional sales teams.
  • Execute partner programs, events, sales engagement, and partner marketing and enablement initiatives.
  • Build playbooks and collateral that help partners sell effectively.
  • Report regularly to key stakeholders using diagnostic thinking and clear communication.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in partnerships or sales within high-tech or financial services organizations.
  • Direct experience managing platform or independent software vendor (ISV) partnerships.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and negotiating high-value deals with C-level audiences.
  • Ability to influence outcomes and work cross-organizationally.
  • Knowledge of payment or financial-services technology, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Willingness to travel.
