About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation projects with clients, from sales handoff through user testing and post-go-live, managing multiple stakeholders and critical timelines, ensuring foundation for ongoing customer success.
  • Become a Vesta product expert, understanding product nuances, overseeing LOS configuration and customization, acting as solutions consultant throughout implementation lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design, engineering) to deliver right expectations, solutions, and development velocity.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation (project plans, status reports) to assess progress, next steps, and mitigate risks.
  • Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders, acting as trusted advisor and single point of contact for implementation work.

Requirements

  • Experience navigating large-scale projects with executive, business, and technical stakeholders.
  • Experience juggling multiple workstreams.
  • Understanding of software deployment in mature enterprise organizations, combined with tight project planning.
  • Customer-focused, empathetic, able to advocate for customer and company needs.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn mortgage ecosystem (industry knowledge not required upfront).

Compensation

  • Cash compensation targeted at $130,000 - $170,000/yr (final offer based on experience and expertise).
