Technical Solutions Consultant
Provides post-sales technical consulting for complex SaaS integrations, configurations, and customer workflows. The role requires broad technical fluency, strong customer-facing communication, and the ability to translate solutions into scalable documentation and tooling.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a post-sales technical subject matter expert on complex product integrations, including enterprise identity and access management, workplace integrations, and custom APIs.
- Support internal teams and customers during implementations, early-access product releases, and advanced configurations.
- Lead customer-facing technical engagements, including discovery sessions, best-practice consulting, and hands-on technical workflow configuration.
- Collaborate with Product to identify emerging technical pain points and stay current on new product capabilities.
- Enable Technical Support teams to focus on break/fix issues while owning upstream configuration design and launches.
- Execute solutions explored during pre-sales conversations to ensure continuity between customer expectations and delivered outcomes.
- Convert one-off solutions and customer insights into reusable documentation, playbooks, tooling, and enablement content.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Technical generalist able to quickly develop expertise in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and API-driven custom integrations.
- Experience as a Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, Technical Implementation Specialist, or Product Manager working with a complex SaaS product.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to Talent Acquisition stakeholders, technical administrators, and executive decision-makers.
- Strong customer-facing communication skills and enthusiasm for solving problems live with users.
- Resourceful, self-directed, and comfortable working in ambiguous or emerging problem areas.
- Ability to work across multiple product feature sets and own technical issues end to end.
Nice to Have
- Experience with enterprise identity and access management.
- Experience with HRIS or IT administration environments.
- Experience designing and delivering technical services offerings.
Compensation
- Annual salary range: $130,000–$224,000.
