What You'll Do

  • Work with Retool’s largest alliance partners (AWS, Databricks, Snowflake) to build and manage strong partnerships that drive growth
  • Collaborate across sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams
  • Keep executives updated on partnership activities and progress
  • Identify, develop, and strengthen partnerships to maximize revenue
  • Establish and track shared KPIs with alliance partners through partner relationship management (PRM) systems
  • Navigate complex organizational structures and build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Create and execute joint business plans that drive measurable revenue growth

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in technology alliances with a proven track record of building and scaling successful GTM partnerships (ARR as a KPI)
  • Experience managing alliances with major tech companies (AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.), with preference for cloud partners such as AWS
  • Demonstrated ability to grow partnerships over time with increasing commitments
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and executes effectively
  • Ability to work closely with Sales and Marketing teams
  • Skilled at navigating complex organizational structures and building consensus
  • Success in creating and executing joint business plans that drive measurable revenue growth
  • Vision and charisma to understand the company mission and embed it into GTM efforts
  • Creative thinking regarding current and future partners

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base pay range: $216,800 – $315,040 per year
  • Additional compensation in the form of equity and/or commission
  • Comprehensive benefit plan including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)
  • Hybrid work location
